Core Manufacturing Base & Specialist Partners
Beijing Weiye is the core manufacturing, engineering and project company behind Saiwenna. Selected specialty products may be produced through qualified specialist partners when different equipment or production knowledge is required. Certificates and technical evidence remain attributed to the exact holder, model and scope.
How Projects Are Coordinated
- Requirements: product, dimensions, quantity, material, control and destination.
- Configuration: system, motor/interface, mounting and open technical items.
- Sample or order: scope and commercial terms confirmed in documentation.
- Production and QC: product-specific checks defined against the approved scope.
- Packing and handover: protection, labels and shipping handover coordinated by order.
Quality Control
Evidence shows assembly/process review, component review, functional checks and dimension-measurement activities for selected resources. These records do not prove one universal checklist or result. QC steps are defined according to product and project scope. Photo/video or other pre-shipment confirmation may be agreed as a project-specific deliverable.
Packing & Labeling
Observed references include cartons, protective sleeves, foam/wrap, bundled cartons, pallets and wooden cases for selected items. The actual method depends on product, length, destination and shipment requirements. Room, opening, blind/track number or schedule-reference labels can be reviewed where agreed; they are not automatic.
Warranty & After-Sales
Warranty scope is not universal across every product, motor and manufacturing resource. Applicable terms are confirmed in quotation or order documents. Issue review separates product, installation, wiring, configuration, third-party control and transport causes.
Samples & Evaluation
Product samples, material swatches, color cards and selected motor/control samples can be reviewed by product and purpose. Pricing, timing and freight are confirmed after configuration and destination details are supplied.
Certificates & Compliance
Documents are evaluated by legal holder, product/model scope, validity and market. Supplier certificates are not presented as Saiwenna corporate certificates.
