Start with the building program
One hotel can contain several different shading conditions
Guest rooms, suites, meeting rooms, restaurants, lobbies and high glazing do not necessarily need the same product or control path. Confirm privacy, daylight, presentation, maintenance access, mounting conditions and room-control responsibilities area by area before a schedule is finalized.

System directions
Match the window condition before choosing the system
Roller blind packages
Light-filtering or blackout fabric directions can be reviewed for guest rooms, offices, meeting rooms and large glazed areas. Final fabric performance and dimensions depend on the selected configuration.
Layered curtain systems
Motorized curtain tracks can support layered drapery programs in guestrooms, suites and public interiors. Track path, stacking, mounting and fabric weight must be confirmed.
Decorative shade families
Zebra, Roman, Shangri-La and honeycomb directions may be discussed where their appearance and configuration suit the room program. Product-specific limits remain subject to review.

Controls and responsibilities
Confirm room control, public-area control and integration scope separately
RF remote, wall switch, grouped control, selected app/gateway paths, RS485 or dry-contact directions can be reviewed where the selected motor and controller support them. Tuya availability depends on the exact motor, controller, gateway, account and region. Building or room-management integration is project-specific and must define the interface and commissioning responsibility before quotation.
