Large-Scale Motorized Control Reference

Inner Mongolia Power Dispatch Command Center Motorized Roller Blind Reference

This completed Inner Mongolia power-sector dispatch and command-center reference documents motorized roller blinds across a large operational office building. The evidence set combines a project portfolio entry, a project-specific operation manual and a separate control reference.

This is a completed manufacturing-network project reference. It documents work delivered by a specialized engineering and manufacturing resource within Saiwenna’s current supply network; it is not presented as a Saiwenna-contracted project.

Location

Inner Mongolia, China

Building type

Power-sector production dispatch and command-center office building

Reference status

Completed supplier-network reference

Applied system

Motorized roller blinds with project-specific control

Documented shading scope

Approximately 8,500 m² in the supplier portfolio

Control-source scale

Approximately 2,600 motors recorded for the 2018 project

Documented Scope

The supplier portfolio identifies roller blinds as the applied product and reports an approximate shading scope of 8,500 m². A separate project-control source records approximately 2,600 motors and the year 2018. These two figures describe the same project from different source documents; they are not converted into a per-window count or a general network-wide installed-base claim.

Systems Used

The public product scope is limited to motorized roller blinds with project-specific control. The reference does not establish fabric specifications, motor models, voltage, network quantities by floor or a universal control package for future projects.

For a new high-density office or command-center program, the starting inputs should include opening schedules, repeated-zone logic, access requirements, power distribution, local-control needs and responsibility for programming and commissioning.

Documented Project-Specific Control Reference

The operating material documents local wireless wall controls communicating through QSM receivers to processors serving the blinds. It also records hierarchical area selection together with individual-blind and grouped control.

This completed supplier-network reference documents a project-specific configuration; it does not imply that the same control architecture is standard for every Saiwenna project. Motor, controller, wiring, interface, programming and commissioning responsibilities must be confirmed for every new project.

Engineering Challenge

A deployment at this density requires more than selecting a blind motor. The buyer needs a controlled naming structure, repeatable zone logic, clear local-versus-central operation, access for service and a disciplined handover package. The historical reference is valuable because it demonstrates that control organization and operation documentation were part of the project evidence, not an afterthought.

Project Documentation and Handover

Large opening counts amplify small coordination errors. Room names, blind identifiers, controller addresses and floor or area groups need a single approved reference so that the electrical, controls, installation and facilities teams are discussing the same device. Test results, operating instructions and fault-routing responsibilities should be handed over in a format the building team can actually use.

For an overseas project, Saiwenna would request the opening schedule and control narrative early, then identify which items belong to the shading supplier, electrical contractor, controls integrator and site commissioning team. The final deliverables depend on the selected system and contract scope.

Commercial Review for a Similar Program

A reliable quotation cannot be built from motor quantity alone. Buyers should separate repeated standard openings from special sizes, identify the required local controllers, state the desired grouping and provide destination and packing requirements. This allows the project team to review system configuration, sample needs, documentation and logistics without treating every opening as an exception.

Why This Reference Matters

High-value buyers often need proof that a supply network can support many coordinated motorized openings without reducing the project to a generic smart-blind claim. The combination of project scale, motor count, installed-blind photography and operating documentation provides substantially stronger engineering evidence than a single product image.

What Must Be Confirmed for a New Project

  • Opening schedule, blind quantities, room or zone hierarchy and naming convention.
  • Fabric, opacity, dimensions, mounting and access conditions.
  • Motor, controller, voltage, local controls and required integration interface.
  • Control panels, network layout, power, commissioning and integrator responsibilities.
  • Mock-up, testing, labeling, training, spares and handover records.
