Commercial Shading at Headquarters Scale
The headquarters package combined roller shades, blackout curtains and sheer curtains. Installed-site photographs show repeated window bays and furnished areas with different shading and curtain arrangements.
Project Scope
The project documents cover procurement, fabrication, transport, site installation, commissioning and warranty responsibilities. The case presents Beijing Weiye project experience, with the international buyer interface handled through Saiwenna.
Documented Fabric Quantities
Approximately 3,450 m² of blackout curtain fabric, approximately 3,450 m² of sheer curtain fabric and approximately 16,050 m² of roller-shade fabric. These are separate material quantities, not the building floor area.

RC-MB10
RC-MB10 motorized roller shade system, alongside manual roller shades in the wider project package.
CC-B112
CC-B112 motorized curtain track system for curtains and sheers.
The documented systems use Motionblinds motor components. Motor options, power, controls and installation details are confirmed for the selected configuration.
Engineering and Delivery Coordination
Opening schedules, fabric direction, mounting space and electrical/control requirements are reviewed together. Configuration and fabrication decisions must align with installation access, room identification, commissioning responsibilities and handover requirements.
