What should the buyer do?
Use one controlled delta register across every document that can change scope. A revised quotation is evidence that commercial information changed; it is not automatically the approved production revision. Production should reference a named document ID, revision, date and release authority.
Why this matters
Multi-unit projects fail when room labels, opening IDs, dimensions, motor choices or quantities change in one file but remain old elsewhere. The register makes every delta visible before procurement or fabrication.
