A buyer checklist for requesting traceable motorized-blind inspection evidence, recorded results, exceptions, reinspection and shipment release status.

What should the buyer do?
Ask for three separate records: what was inspected, what result was recorded and who released the goods. Photos of inspection activity can support the record, but they do not replace the order revision, measured result, exception status or release authority.
Why this matters
A product can be inspected without a result being accepted, and a recorded result can exist without shipment release. Keeping these stages separate prevents workshop imagery from being treated as order approval.
