Packing and Receiving Checklist
Motorized Blind Packing Labels and Site Receiving Plan
Plan carton labels, opening and room IDs, accessory groups, phased delivery and site receiving records for motorized blind projects.
Direct answer
What should the buyer do?
Build the receiving route before packing starts. Each carton should point back to the released item/opening schedule, while the site record separately states quantity received, damage or missing status, discrepancy owner and closure. Packing documentation alone is not proof of site receipt.
Why this matters
Room, opening and accessory identity can be lost between production, consolidation, phased shipment, floor distribution and installation. A pack-to-site register keeps the same identifiers through every handoff.

Pack-to-Site Receiving Plan
| Field | Packing record | Site receiving record |
|---|---|---|
| Opening / room | Released item and destination ID | Location received |
| Carton | Unique carton number and shipment stage | Carton checked |
| Product | Group, dimensions and quantity packed | Quantity received |
| Accessories | Accessory group tied to product/carton | Complete / missing / damaged |
| Discrepancy | Known packing exception | Owner, action and closure status |
| Evidence | Label/photo reference | Receiving photo or signed count reference |
Information to collect
- Released item schedule
- Room/floor/opening map
- Shipment phases and destinations
- Carton numbering rule
- Site receiver and discrepancy owner
What Saiwenna can review
Saiwenna can review item-to-carton identity and whether supplied accessories are represented in the packing plan. The site receiver must record actual receipt and discrepancies.
A privacy-redacted populated packing list may illustrate fields, but it does not prove dispatch, final receipt or discrepancy closure.
Real Document Example
Real Document Example — privacy-redacted: a June 2026 record lists carton 1/1 and three manual zebra-shade sizes. It demonstrates populated packing and marking fields only; no site receiving sign-off was found.
