Trust, Quality & Project Delivery / Warranty

Warranty & After-Sales Support

Warranty and after-sales terms depend on the product, motor, hardware, manufacturing resource and confirmed order scope. Saiwenna does not publish one universal duration or promise automatic free replacement. Applicable terms are recorded in quotation or order documentation.

Before Order

Confirm product/system, motor/control configuration, installation responsibility, shipping terms, warranty scope, duration, start point, exclusions and spare-part requirements in the commercial documents.

Information Required

  • Order/project reference and product/opening reference
  • Issue description and clear photos/video
  • Motor, controller, remote or gateway details
  • Installation and wiring information
  • Packaging/delivery evidence for transport review

Technical Assessment

Issue Area Review Focus Responsibility Boundary
Product/component Material, dimensions, assembly and supplied component Applicable order terms
Motor/control Exact model, power, limits, wiring and commands Supplied scope versus third-party system
Installation Mounting, alignment, access and final dimensions Installer correction may be required
Site wiring Power, polarity, cabling and protection Electrician/contractor unless included
Third-party automation Gateway, programming and commissioning Control integrator unless included
Transport damage Packing condition, handover and delivery evidence Shipping terms and evidence

Possible Resolution Paths

Depending on confirmed cause and applicable terms, outcomes may include technical guidance, a compatible component or spare-part quotation, replacement-component review, remake/replacement review, or another documented remedy. These are possible paths, not universal promises.

Spare Parts

Availability for remotes, brackets, end caps, controllers, motors, track components, chargers, connectors or fabric depends on product/model, original order, order age and current component availability.

Not Automatically a Product Warranty

  • Incorrect installation or site measurement
  • Wrong site wiring or power conditions
  • Third-party programming outside supplied scope
  • Unapproved configuration changes
  • Transport damage governed by separate shipping terms
